Some readers were in support of her actions, but others disapproved of how she had approached the situation.

aries@queeenbxx Replying to @LAYSAINTLAURENT I loved reading this!!! Some teachers are too comfortable being bu ies to their students! More parents need to start putting certain teachers in their place!

the Beverly of Cheverly @NickoGallo Angry parents in the education system confuse me. You won, you have all the power, teachers have no authority anymore. You can opt out of every single recommendation no matter how necessary, the system serves you not your children or the teachers. And yet, it's never enough

muñequita @zol9yck idk everybody hyping this up is lowkey weird to me.. bc there's not one ounce of professionalism in that email, i feel like there's a time and a place for things. you're straight up threatening someone in WRITING so they have evidence, & you're making things worse on your kid

Aaron @jaradcliff In my experience, the majority of the parents who email in blinding rages like this never bother keeping up with their children, their schoolwork, or even try meeting with administrators. Then when someone even vaguely disciplines their kid, they go scorched earth

Mr. 270 @JohnnyChobani There's a huge trend among millennial parents to just uncritically believe everything their kid says about teachers. "...And then the teacher tore up my paper in front of everyone and said I'd never amount to anything!" They get this sh from cartoons, I swear.

cheese+ @Cheesy Cheesy3 People do this to teachers and then wonder why people are antisocial now, lack respect, can't mediate conflict, hide from adversity, etc. It's because a psycho bailed them out anytime they acted like an authority figure was a problem. It raises entitled, underdeveloped brats.
